Now hiring for an Indianapolis Office Manager


  • Oversee daily operations including managing calendars
  • Correspond via email, call, and in person in a professional manner and triage as needed
  • Maintain office inventory in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor, service, and contractor relationships and oversee service quality
  • Organize events, meetings, parties, and conferences
  • Provide support to colleagues when needed
  • Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate department


  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in an administrative role required
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position is in the office, 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
