Now hiring for an Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for store locations in your designated region
  • Onboard new hires and coordinate training and orientations
  • Manage training programs and monitor completion
  • Support store operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to travel to locations within an 45 minute to one-hour drive from main location to support store operations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR or administrative support required
  • Must be able to be accessible via phone, text or email 7 days a week
  • Must be willing to travel to Bloomington, IN for in person training for the first two weeks

This role requires three days working in stores. Two days can be remote. The company will pay for gas and care maintenance expenses (oil changes).
