Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Payroll and HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll by reviewing timecards, ensuring accurate coding, and submitting through ADP
  • Serve as the main point of contact with ADP and for employees with payroll questions
  • Review time entries for missed punches, deductions, and accuracy before submission
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Enter employee pay, status changes, and benefit elections into the system
  • Coordinate background checks and maintain employee records

Qualifications:

  •  At least 1 year of payroll experience, required
  • Experience working in ADP, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with an organized and process-driven approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working independently

This role is hybrid with 1 day in the office. This is a part-time role that would require up to 20 hours per week.
