Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage the hiring process by reviewing candidates, coordinating with the hiring team, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks and screenings.
  • Answer employee questions about company policies and benefits.
  • Assist with collecting information for reports and filings.
  • Keep employee records organized and up to date according to company rules.
  • Update employee information in the HR system.
  • Stay informed about employment laws related to leave, pay, and benefits to help ensure compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to employees.
  • Support the HR Director with daily tasks and department operations.
  • Complete other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills are required
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR experience are preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required

This is a part-time position targeting 15-20 hours/week.

The duration of the assignment is predicted to last 3-5 months.
