Part-time HR Manager
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and assist with employee relations
- Update and create policies that comply with current laws and company standards
- Review other policies with departments that overlap with HR
- Update existing and create new job descriptions as needed
- Develop SOPs for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Licensing & Permits departments
- Assist with recruitment efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in HR or a related field required
- Experience creating job descriptions and SOPs required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
This role is hybrid with 1 day in the office. This is a part-time role that would require up to 20 hours per week.
