Part-time Office Admin
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Office Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Plan meetings and special events such as trainings, retreats, workshops, conferences, etc.
- Greet all visitors with the intent to assist their needs
- Maintain records and databases
- Manage meeting room availability
- Assist admin and program staff with various tasks including projects and large mailings
- Create badges for new employees
- Ensure the facility is stocked and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate vendors and or maintenance
- Manage promotional item requests
Qualifications:
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Must have reliable transportation as there may be times for minimal offsite travel
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 10 am-2 pm.
