Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Office Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan meetings and special events such as trainings, retreats, workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Greet all visitors with the intent to assist their needs
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Manage meeting room availability
  • Assist admin and program staff with various tasks including projects and large mailings
  • Create badges for new employees
  • Ensure the facility is stocked and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate vendors and or maintenance
  • Manage promotional item requests

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and a self-starter
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Must have reliable transportation as there may be times for minimal offsite travel

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 10 am-2 pm.
