Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Office Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain documentation by filing, copying, and scanning
  • Distribute mail throughout the office
  • Assist with printing and coding invoices
  • Stock the kitchen items
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office
  • Help plan company events
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements
  • Be a backup to the receptionist when they are absent

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and a self-starter
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration required
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required

This position is in office, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am-4pm.
