Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen calls and manage multiple inboxes
  • Prioritize messages and flag urgent items
  • Maintain and adjust the executive’s calendar
  • Handle mail, invoices, and bill payments
  • Monitor bank accounts and highlight issues
  • Communicate with external partners as needed
  • Support daily office operations and organization
  • Complete ad hoc tasks based on shifting priorities
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Commercial real estate exposure preferred
  • Familiarity with concepts like CAM fees is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication style
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Able to work independently and move quickly
  • Comfortable supporting a direct leadership style

This is a part-time position with around 30 hours per week.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11a-5p; Wednesday 9:30a-2p
