Now hiring for a Fishers Payroll Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee and payroll records
  • Variety of payroll and 1099 processing activities
  • Computing wage and overtime payments
  • Calculating and recording payroll deductions
  • Special payments, advance payments, termination payments
  • Balancing earnings and deductions, determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions
  • Preparing and filing tax reports and payments
  • Processing of garnishments to include child support and levies
  • Researching and preparing special reports
  • Calculate and file tax amendments.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience required
  • Experience processing payroll for 500+ employeesrequired
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Associate’s degree or higher required
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
