Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing across multiple entities
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Manage payroll taxes, audits, and year-end reporting
  • Lead and develop the payroll team
  • Drive process improvements and standardization
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on payroll initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale payroll operations, required
  • Multi-state payroll experience, required
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations, required
  • Experience processing payroll for 5k+ employees, required
  • Prior leadership experience managing payroll professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Workday experience, strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent payroll experience

This position allows for one day remote per week, after being fully trained and trust is established.
