Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll bi-weekly and semi-monthly for 6,000 employees
  • Ensures accurate calculation of wages, deductions and tax withholding for multiple companies and union contract employees in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop systems to process payroll account transactions
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes; new hires, terminations, raises and system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance or related field required
  • Excel experience required
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • WorkDay experience preferred
