Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies in multiple states 
  • Verify entries and changes
  • Review and audit payroll
  • Perform research discrepancies brought to the payroll team
  • Run balancing report and finalize payroll
  • Perform tax setup and maintenance

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years payroll experience required, with multi-state reporting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
