Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 300 associates
  • Act as the point of contact for payroll and attendance questions
  • Manage employee payroll and benefits data
  • Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and the organization
  • Assist in the administration of leaves (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, STD, LTD, etc.)
  • Reconcile monthly benefits and payroll-related invoices and accounts
  • Prepare and execute employee communication revolving around payroll and benefit
  • Assist with the annual audits, document preparation, and budgeting process

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of payroll processing experience required
  • 3+ years of HR experience required
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
  • Must have a customer service mindset and a good senses of urgency
