Payroll Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly, multi-state payroll for over 1,000 employees
- Send biweekly payroll reports to organization locations
- Identify payroll issues and develop solutions
- Administer garnishments and child support administration
- New hire reporting per state
- Manage time and attendance and report to management teams on this each week
- Handle employee termination paperwork as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years payroll experience required
- Associates/undergraduate degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in payroll required
- Experience working with ADP WorkforceNow strongly preferred
