Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist- Direct Hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll on a recurring schedule for a multi-state workforce
  • Review payroll data for accuracy including hours, pay changes, and deductions
  • Maintain payroll records and support data integrity across systems
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with internal teams to support employee changes and resolve inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Multi-state payroll processing experience, required
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, required
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferred
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and general accounting principles
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills
