Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist- Direct Hire.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a recurring schedule for a multi-state workforce
- Review payroll data for accuracy including hours, pay changes, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and support data integrity across systems
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Partner with internal teams to support employee changes and resolve inquiries
Qualifications:
- Multi-state payroll processing experience, required
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, required
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferred
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and general accounting principles
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills
