Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist (Part-Time).


  • Manage the payroll system and processes payroll
  • Maintain employee records including; demographic, pay rate, direct deposit, W-4, I-9 information, drivers’ licenses and auto insurance cards
  • Verify total hours for hourly employees and additional compensation for salary employees
  • Review payroll register for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for approval
  • Computes salary adjustments 
  • Process voluntary and involuntary deductions
  • Ensure all tax and compliance reports are filed in a timely manner
  • Reconcile Benefit invoices


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1-2 years of Payroll experience

25-30 hours a week
