Now hiring for a Lebanon Project Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Create departmental and company procedures
  • Conduct system audits
  • Maintain employee distribution list and digital employee file system software
  • Audit I9’s and organizational charts
  • Create annual evaluation process
  • Create job development and organizational plans
  • Create reports

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years HR experience, 1+ year experience with HR systems
  • ADP knowledge preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI accreditation preferred
  • Drug screen required
