Now hiring for an Indianapolis Receptionist.


  • Assist in supporting the human resources department by translating for staff and through work on HR related projects
  • Perform date entry, filing and scanning
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Create and send out invoices for services rendered


  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Spanish and English – bilingual required
  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is an in office position. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5 or 7:30-4:30.
