Recruiter

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on sourcing and hiring Financial Advisors
• Build relationships in the community to generate referrals and develop centers of influence
• Actively source candidates through outreach, networking, and events rather than relying on job postings
• Manage the interview and selection process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
• Track recruiting activity, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruiting plans aligned with office growth targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field is helpful but not required
• Ability to source candidates proactively through networking, outreach, and relationship building
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others
• Outgoing, professional, and highly driven with a natural ability to connect with people
