Now hiring for an Indianapolis Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train staff
  • Create and maintain employees schedule to ensure proper coverage
  • Monitor finances, including sales and expenses
  • Enforce food handling regulations and standards to increase guest safety
  • Complete paperwork for sales, inventory and reports regarding staff performance
  • Change and update menus for food ordering platforms
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well-kept to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of restaurant experience with 3 years in general management required
  • Experience using a POS System and Open Table highly preferred
  • Flexibility to assist with private parties, promotions, and catering events required

This position is in office, Wednesday – Saturday.
