Now hiring for an Indianapolis Sr. Benefits Specialist.


  • Gather documentation required for leaves of absence, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA leave, etc.
  • Submit documentation to and communicate with third party administrator
  • Track leaves and follow up as required with the employee and third party administrator
  • Partner with HR leadership and legal team to ensure compliance is met
  • Ensure Workers’ Compensation program is managed and compliant with OSHA and laws
  • Oversee the return to work process for employees coming back to work
  • Maintain accurate records of leave and accommodation requests that align with legal requirements and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in LOA, FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Comp OR equivalent combination required
  • Experience using UKG preferred
  • High volume claim management experience highly preferred

This role is hybrid, 2 days in office.
