Now hiring for an Indianapolis Senior Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules
  • Build relationships with colleges and community groups to build pipeline of early talent
  • Manage and enhance the internship program
  • Coordinate the entire pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires; conduct new hire orientation
  • Complete follow-along check-ins with new hires through the first six months of employment
  • Use HR technology to improve the employee experience and efficiencies within the processes
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field, required
  • 3-5 years general HR or talent acquisition required
  • Must love recruiting and finding great talent
  • Resourceful and self-starter with a strong desire to provide solutions that align with supporting the business units in achieving their goals through their people
