Senior Human Resource Generalist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Senior Human Resource Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules
- Build relationships with colleges and community groups to build pipeline of early talent
- Manage and enhance the internship program
- Coordinate the entire pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires; conduct new hire orientation
- Complete follow-along check-ins with new hires through the first six months of employment
- Use HR technology to improve the employee experience and efficiencies within the processes
- Handle administrative tasks
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field, required
- 3-5 years general HR or talent acquisition required
- Must love recruiting and finding great talent
- Resourceful and self-starter with a strong desire to provide solutions that align with supporting the business units in achieving their goals through their people
