Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy focus on scheduling interviews
  • Requesting and managing assessments
  • Source candidates and conduct interviews
  • Manage applicant tracking system and creates reports
  • Oversee entire onboarding process; drug screen/background check
  • TA Invoice Processing/Reporting
  • TA Projects and any additional needs of the team

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Associate’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • HR certifications a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
