Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy focus on scheduling interviews
- Requesting and managing assessments
- Source candidates and conduct interviews
- Manage applicant tracking system and creates reports
- Oversee entire onboarding process; drug screen/background check
- TA Invoice Processing/Reporting
- TA Projects and any additional needs of the team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Associate’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
- HR certifications a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
