- Oversee talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit interviews
- Conduct department and 1:1 meetings
- Analyze data
- Attend job fairs and source candidates
- Stay updated on legal and compliance issues
- Assist with unemployment claims
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years recruiting experience required
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience with ATS required
- Experience with UKG preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
