Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit interviews
  • Conduct department and 1:1 meetings
  • Analyze data
  • Attend job fairs and source candidates
  • Stay updated on legal  and compliance issues
  • Assist with unemployment claims

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years recruiting experience required
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Experience with ATS required
  • Experience with UKG preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
