Talent Acquisition Manager
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit interviews
- Conduct department and 1:1 meetings
- Analyze data and metrics regarding recruitment efforts
- Track, audit, and enter all HR paperwork for job postings, new hires and terminations, and personnel updates
- Maintain the HRIS and ATS systems
- Create and maintain reporting including monthly new hire reports to the Director and open positions weekly to the talent team
- Attend job fairs and source candidates
- Stay updated on legal and compliance issues
- Assist with unemployment claims
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience with ATS required
- Experience with UKG highly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
