Training Coordinator
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Training Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Guide staff and volunteers in 18 locations across the state of Indiana
- Coordinate screenings, applications, background checks, and training
- Collaborate with management on budget for promotional materials, supplies, and cost of training
- Create and implement the annual training plan(s)
- Host statewide training meeting(s)
- Create and update monthly reports
- Prepare quarterly payout reports and send payment notices
- Additional duties as necessary – may include serving on committees, assisting with events, professional development events, grant application preparation, and/or budgeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience required
- 3-5 years experience in volunteer management or corporate training preferred
- Background managing databases preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable with traveling within the state of Indiana 18 times per year to support their locations
This position is in office. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
