Now hiring for an Indianapolis Training Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide staff and volunteers in 18 locations across the state of Indiana
  • Coordinate screenings, applications, background checks, and training
  • Collaborate with management on budget for promotional materials, supplies, and cost of training
  • Create and implement the annual training plan(s)
  • Host statewide training meeting(s)
  • Create and update monthly reports
  • Prepare quarterly payout reports and send payment notices
  • Additional duties as necessary – may include serving on committees, assisting with events, professional development events, grant application preparation, and/or budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience required
  • 3-5 years experience in volunteer management or corporate training preferred
  • Background managing databases preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be comfortable with traveling within the state of Indiana 18 times per year to support their locations

This position is in office. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
