- Collaborate with managers and engineers on project specifications
- Manage all subcontractors onsite
- Ensure insurance, background checks, and contracts are compliant
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office support or Project Coordination role required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the construction or residential industry required
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be detail-oriented
