Now hiring for a Greenwood Insurance Follow up Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable team
- Sorting, faxing and scanning documents
- Opening and distributing mail
- Prepare documents
- Obtaining, printing, mailing of all hard copy HCFA forms daily, including all secondary claims with attachments
- Responsible for cross training with other positions within the Central Billing Operations as designated by Management
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- High school diploma or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Medicaid and electronic filing preferred
