Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple locations.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings to review results and discuss business impact.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related reporting.
• Ensure consistency in reporting processes and financial controls.
• Support system improvements and financial integration efforts tied to company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, required.
• CPA or CMA, preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with flexibility based on overall background.
• Experience in multi-site environments, growth-stage organizations, or acquisitions is valued.
