Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Project Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Creates departmental and company procedures
- Ensures compliance by auditing I9’s, organizational charts, and emergency contact information
- Serves as the point person for new company and leadership development
- Collaborates with the HR team on projects and/or tasks
- Supports the Director of HR on creating policies and/or processes to implement within the company
- Maintain HRIS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual with the ability to work without daily guidance
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
