Now hiring for a Lebanon Project Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Create departmental and company procedures
- Conduct system audits
- Maintain employee distribution list and digital employee file system software
- Audit I9’s and organizational charts
- Create annual evaluation process
- Create job development and organizational plans
- Create reports
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years HR experience, 1+ year experience with HR systems
- ADP knowledge preferred
- SHRM or HRCI accreditation preferred
- Drug screen required
