Responsibilities:

  • Oversee material flow/availability for internal projects
  • Determine material needs for projects and develop purchase orders
  • Obtain proper approvals for the procurement and payment of materials
  • Oversee the Purchase Clerk and delegate tasks as needed
  • Develop SOPs, as needed, for the Purchasing Department and lead training for new hires
  • Conduct vendor audits
  • Ensure KPIs are being met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Purchasing, Management, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 4+ years of related experience required
  • Will give consideration to a combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Valid Indiana Driver’s License required
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

IT Support Specialist

Now hiring for a Noblesville, IN IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and support IT facilities and support employee IT related issues
  • Responsible for IT related inventory management
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on IT issues to provide support on PCs, printers, phones, TVs, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining departmental KPIs
  • Manage IT onboarding for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience required
  • Training in vocational school, related on the job training experience or an Associates degree in Information Technology required
  • Experience working with VPN preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Must be able to operate a printer, copy machine, scanner and other office equipment
  • Must have knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
  • A valid Indiana Driver’s License may be required

  • Answer and screen calls and emails
  • Take and process purchase orders in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with Lead to coordinate shipments
  • Monitor ticket queues; respond and address issues in a timely fashion to meet requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience required
  • Previous customer experience required
  • Manufacturing industry experience in a clerical or customer service setting preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
