Accounting Clerk
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for 300 field employees
- Handle off-cycle and same-day union terminations/resignations
- Review submitted timecards for accuracy
- Issue payroll via ACH and live checks
- Assist with tax withholding calculations
- Enter AP invoices and process payments
- Prepare lien waivers as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Experience with job cost accounting is preferred
- Ability to manage time-sensitive transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
