Now hiring for a Fishers Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve questions/issues that do not require an agent’s license and refer to appropriate areas if needed.
- Complete customer’s transactional requests as provided by the caller.
- Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest compassion, and empathy for the caller’s situation
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identify opportunities requiring a transfer to a licensed representative.
- Verify coverage for customers or verify that policy changes were made and provide proof of evidence of insurance documents to customers where a licensed representative previously bound coverage.
- Acknowledge and direct customer’s requests for additional products or services to appropriate licensed representatives.
- Ensure facilitation of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled.
- Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer’s part.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish and read/write in both languages
- Prior contact center experience a plus (multi-tasking in an inbound/outbound call center environment)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC aptitude including high proficiency in keyboard skills
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
This is an in-office position. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5.
