That’s Good HR has once again earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® award for exceptional service. The Best of Staffing Award recognizes the best staffing agencies in the country, based on survey responses from employment agency clients and job seekers. As a courtesy to clients who are asked to answer the survey, That’s Good HR chooses to participate in the service every other year, rather than every year. That’s Good HR has won the award each time.

The Best of Staffing award recognizes companies who receive at least a 50% Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) on the survey, which indicates how likely respondents are to recommend firms to a friend or colleague.

That’s Good HR’s NPS® of 83.7% was well above the 2022 staffing industry average of 31%.
That’s Good HR’s NPS® was even higher than the 77% average earned by all companies who received the Best of Staffing award this year.

On June 28, That’s Good HR was presented with the Exceptional Service Award by CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions for their exceptional partnership in meeting the needs for staffing for a variety of positions and roles throughout the agency.

CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, formerly known as the Central Indiana Council on Aging, has been serving Indianapolis and its surrounding counties for 48 years, partnering with leading local organizations and individuals that they annually honor each summer. CICOA notes that these organizations make a tremendous impact to advance the awareness and support of older adults, those with disabilities and their caregivers. Tauhric Brown, President and CEO of CICOA presented the 2022 awards.

The Exceptional Service award serves as recognition of a business, nonprofit or community organization that plays a valuable partnership role in service delivery, advocacy or community planning. The recipient also demonstrates a strong commitment to the quality of CICOA programming and services for clients.
