Now hiring for a Noblesville Account Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen calls and emails
  • Take and process purchase orders in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with Lead to coordinate shipments
  • Monitor ticket queues; respond and address issues in a timely fashion to meet requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience required
  • Previous customer experience required
  • Manufacturing industry experience in a clerical or customer service setting preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
