Account Administrator
Now hiring for a Noblesville Account Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls and emails
- Take and process purchase orders in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with Lead to coordinate shipments
- Monitor ticket queues; respond and address issues in a timely fashion to meet requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience required
- Previous customer experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience in a clerical or customer service setting preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
