Customer Account Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Account Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams
- Research and resolve file discrepancies to clients, teammates and drivers in a timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries
- Enter new and/or update data
- Schedule all internal and external work orders
- Order vendor reports (as needed)
- Coordinate across departments on projects and to coordinate tasks
- Ensure all contract billings are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2+ years business/customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have strong organizational skills
