- Act as the point of contact for payroll and attendance questions
- Manage employee payroll and benefits data
- Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and the organization
- Assist in the administration of leaves (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, STD, LTD, etc.)
- Reconcile monthly benefits and payroll-related invoices and accounts
- Prepare and execute employee communication revolving around payroll and benefit
- Assist with the annual audits, document preparation, and budgeting process
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of payroll processing experience required
- 3+ years of HR experience required
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
