Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team to develop and implement talent management and development, DEI, benefits and compensation, employee engagement and succession/workforce planning strategies
  • Lead a team of 5 HR professionals who support 1,500 employees in Indiana, Kentucky and Texas
  • Create and update policies, as needed
  • Oversee employee relations processes and ensure investigations are thoughtful and thorough
  • Support performance management processes
  • Assist in the planning, design and implementation of compensation programming
  • Support talent retention efforts
  • Work with marketing to develop effective internal communication strategies and plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years working with HR programming, policies and best practices
  • 5+ years in an HR leadership role
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist in a corporate setting
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to collaborate with others
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Must be able to travel 10% of the time to other locations and sites

This role is hybrid (would be onsite 4 days a week).

The office will be moving to the Fishers, IN area in the next 2 years.
