Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Recruitment and Onboarding: Screen and source candidates, post positions, position “boosting,” manage offer letters (new and returning hires), and conduct background checks, including MVR and volunteer checks.
  • Hiring Processes and Collaboration: Coordinate hiring partner meetings, oversee hiring protocols, train/retrain hiring managers, and manage the Talent Tracker file.
  • Staff Onboarding and Support: Welcome new hires with offer letters and necessary paperwork, handle staff computer, email, and key fob requests, and conduct weekly informal check-ins during their first month.
  • Staff Development and Retention: Update teacher licensing, manage staff evaluation cycles, identify teacher skill-up pathways, and lead initiatives such as Teacher Appreciation Week and service awards.
  • Administrative and Data Management: Maintain and update Powerschool data, find/create staff SPNs, and support summer outreach for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
  • Experience with HR platforms and tools (e.g., ADP, Google Workspace).

Case Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs, health condition, and family support to identify possible resources
  • Perform an eligibility screening to determine care criteria for public-funded programs
  • Create and maintain care plans
  • Maintain and complete required client documentation for program requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with area organizations, community resources, and providers

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work 8am-4:30pm or 8:30- 5pm schedule
  • At least one of the following backgrounds required
    • Must have been employed as a Case Manager by Area Agency on Aging (AAA) since June of 2018, or a registered nurse, a license practice nurse, or
    • An Associate’s degree in nursing with at least one year of experience serving old adults or disabled populations; or
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Gerontology, Nursing or Health & Human Services; or
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum of two years full-time, direct service experience with older adults or person with disabilities (this experience includes assessments, care plan development, and monitoring); or
    • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Gerontology, Nursing or Health & Human Services; or
    • An Associates degree in any field with a minimum of four years full-time, direct service experience with older adults or person with disabilities (this experience includes assessments, care plan development, and monitoring)
