Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment for assigned clients
- Analyze payroll data and help investigate issues
- Prepare and reconcile period-end reports
- Make adjustments to payroll as needed
- Maintain and update client profiles in the database
- Complete quarterly reviews for clients
- Assist and resolve any issues regarding payroll
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Background in payroll preferred
- 2+ years of office admin or business experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have good tenure
- Must be able to work independently
