  • Support hiring processes and maintain alignment with corporate HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably including payroll and employee relations.
  • Experience handling investigations and enforcing policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to hold difficult conversations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate HR.

Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Human Resources department and team performance.
  • Oversee bi-weekly and commission payroll processes.
  • Administer benefits, coordinate with carriers, manage open enrollment, and oversee LOA through a third party.
  • Ensure compliance and completion of all required government reporting, including ACA and EEO-1.
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.
  • Administer HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate corporate training and support cross-functional HR projects.
  • Support HR strategy, audits, reporting, and annual budget activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, compliance, investigations, and leave administration.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and I-9 regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment for assigned clients
  • Analyze payroll data and help investigate issues
  • Prepare and reconcile period-end reports
  • Make adjustments to payroll as needed
  • Maintain and update client profiles in the database
  • Complete quarterly reviews for clients
  • Assist and resolve any issues regarding payroll

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Background in payroll preferred
  • 2+ years of office admin or business experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have good tenure
