Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and making sound, independent decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to pivot in a fast-changing environment.

  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs, health condition, and family support to identify possible resources
  • Perform an eligibility screening to determine care criteria for public-funded programs
