Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee records are accurate and compliant
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to provide a seamless, welcoming experience for new team members
- Support payroll processes by entering accurate data, managing deductions, and maintaining compliance reports
- Manage HR systems and generate reports with a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement
- Assist with 401(k) administration, benefit invoice tracking, and contribute to company culture initiatives like service milestones and performance evaluations
- Respond to employee questions with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
- A strong interest in people operations, process improvement, and detail-oriented work
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, accountable approach
- The highest level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- A collaborative spirit and team-focused attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with payroll/timekeeping systems is preferred
