Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor communication.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Support project coordination and track deadlines.
  • Process expense reports and basic purchasing tasks.
  • Provide general support to leadership and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating logistics.
  • High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative assistant or office support experience strongly preferred.
