  • Create and maintain a well-organized schedule
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and book travel arrangements
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including expense reports, preparing correspondence, and creating agendas
  • Answer and direct calls and appropriately relay information professionally
  • Compile documents and provide support for meetings
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed


  • 3+ years of experience in an Administrative role supporting a C-Suite level executive required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Non-profit experience preferred
