Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a well-organized schedule
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and book travel arrangements
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including expense reports, preparing correspondence, and creating agendas
- Answer and direct calls and appropriately relay information professionally
- Compile documents and provide support for meetings
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an Administrative role supporting a C-Suite level executive required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Non-profit experience preferred
