Now hiring for a Indianapolis Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department leaders to develop projects, budget justifications, and obtain approvals
Guide and monitor projects to ensure objectives, scope, and budgets are met
Evaluate and report on the project portfolio including analyzing financial data, risks, and resource allocation
Draft and improve existing project management policies, processes, and resources
Provide training on project management practices and tools to employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business or related field required
Project Management Certification or equivalent experience required
Background in the healthcare industry preferred
Minimum of 5+ years experience in leading successful projects or project teams OR 10+ years of project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
