Contract Recruiter

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers for staffing needs
• Interview qualified applicants and move them through the interviewing process
• Utilize job platforms to source qualified candidates
• Post new jobs
• Update job descriptions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field required
• SHRM certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly

This role is remote, but MUST reside in the Indianapolis area. This contract is anticipated to last till November 2025.
