Contract Recruiter

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse and manufacturing roles
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local workforce networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onsite hiring events, job fairs, and open interviews.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment of warehouse and or manufacturing roles
• Industrial staffing experience is a plus
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

This role is onsite.
