Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Scanning, filing, and faxing
  • Schedule appointments and prepare conference rooms
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Restock office supplies
  • Update the calendar with meeting information
  • Keep the lobby area clean
  • Maintain client folders and documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in an office environment required
  • Highly organized
  • Professional and customer service-minded
