Now hiring for an Indianapolis Front Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and sign in clients
- Return phone calls and be a point of contact for clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments and direct them upon arrival
- Maintain marketing materials such as brochures
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner and transfer to the right person
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the legal or medical field preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or related role preferred
- Pleasant, helpful, can find answers for clients, self-starter and resourceful
This is an in-office position.
