  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they properly report payroll data for processing. 
  • Timely obtain information required for scheduled payroll cycles.

  • Work accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding accounts with patients and insurance companies.
  • Determine accounts that should be sent to collections and maintain accounts receivable within established guidelines.
