Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inboxes and correspondence
  • Order office supplies from vendors
  • Provide coverage for the front desk as needed
  • File all account payable invoices
  • Report and track payroll hours weekly
  • Distribute mail and packages
  • Assist employees with all payroll inquiries
  • Maintain HR paperwork including time cards, onboarding paperwork, I9s, and E-verifications
  • Assist all departments with various tasks when requested

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative role required
  • High School diploma required
  • Strong skills in communication (written and verbal), problem-solving and anticipating needs
  • Must have great time management skills and be able to meet a deadline
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
