Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain documents
  • Greet and direct clients while sitting in for the front desk as needed
  • Support the CEO and VP of Programs
  • Manage calendars for high-level executives
  • Handle building management and operations
  • Complete expense reports for the CEO
  • Take inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate party

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative assistance required
  • Experience in board meeting support is required
  • Experience working in a support role for C-suite or executive director level is required
  • Strong skills in communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving
  • Must have great time management skills and be able to meet a deadline
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
