HRIS Analyst
Now hiring for a Brownsburg HRIS Analyst
Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management:
- Resolve root causes of user challenges
- Data Compliance:
- Monitor data quality,
- Address issues and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Reporting:
- Manage reporting projects within the HRIS
- Analyze and interpret reporting
- Assist teammates with creating data driven plans
- Continuous/Process Improvement:
- Automate workflows
- Streamline data management
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes utilizing HRIS
- User Support and Training:
- Act as point of contact for teammates with HRIS questions
- Create user-guides and training as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years of experience in HR-related work with HRIS and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) required
- Oracle experience or a similar system (Workday) required
This is an in office position.
