Now hiring for an Indianapolis HRIS Analyst


  • HRIS Management:
    • Resolve root causes of user challenges
  • Data Compliance:
    • Monitor data quality,
    • Address issues and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Reporting:
    • Manage reporting projects within the HRIS
    • Analyze and interpret reporting
    • Assist teammates with creating data driven plans
  • Continuous/Process Improvement:
    • Automate workflows
    • Streamline data management
    • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes utilizing HRIS
  • User Support and Training:
    • Act as point of contact for teammates with HRIS questions
    • Create user-guides and training as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in HR-related work with HRIS and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) required

This is an in office position. This role is part-time. 10-20 hours a week.
