Tax Manager

Now hiring for a remote Tax Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax preparation and filing
• Review individual and business tax returns
• Identify tax planning opportunities
• Analyze financial statements and tax adjustments
• Manage daily tax department operations
• Supervise staff and assign workloads
• Monitor deadlines and filing requirements
• Improve department processes and productivity

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred; EA or equivalent tax experience considered
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation, required
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, required
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns
• Knowledge of corporate, partnership, trust, and individual taxation
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Previous staff supervision or management experience
• Proficiency with tax software, Excel, and workflow systems
