Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reports, spreadsheets, and other projects that would required working with a high volume of data
- Collaborate with HR team to provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain confidential employee information and employee relations issues in the database
- Assist and provide support to HR consultants and team members
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws
- Must have great customer service and organizational skills
- Professional verbal and written communication are required
- Must be able to adapt quickly to change
This position is hybrid with 2 days at home and 3 days in office.
