Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process from requisition approval through offer acceptance
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local workforce networks
- Collaborate Closely with hiring manager to understand staffing needs
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Coordinate pre-employment processes; background checks, drug screens, onboarding logistics
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment of warehouse and or manufacturing roles
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance
- Experience in ATS and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
