Now hiring for an Indianapolis Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including managing calendars
- Correspond via email, call, and in person in a professional manner and triage as needed
- Maintain office inventory in a timely manner
- Manage vendor, service, and contractor relationships and oversee service quality
- Organize events, meetings, parties, and conferences
- Provide support to colleagues when needed
- Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in an administrative role required
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
This position is in the office, 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
